WinPLC Licensing

I do not like most licensing texts, because nobody reads them anyway. Therefore here are my short terms:

Power WinPLC is written by Vanderhaegen Bart. You cannot take credits for this software.
Power WinPLC is closed-source software. I am well aware of the advantages of open-source software, but I decided not releasing the source code.
You are free to use Power WinPLC. You can redistribute it as you wish, but you are not allowed to make a financial profit from it.
You are not allowed to place direct links to the WinPLC setup package on this website. You can eventually upload the WinPLC setup to your own web host. Nevertheless, you are not allowed to ask a charge for downloading it.
Using WinPLC is at your own risk. I have done a lot of testing, but there still might be some bugs present. You shouldn't use WinPLC for critical tasks.
